§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The store sells Digital Content (plugins for 3ds Max software).
§ 2. PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN).
The online payment provider is Autopay S.A.
Accepted payment methods:
Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
Mobile payments: BLIK.
Online fast transfers.
All transactions are secured via SSL encryption provided by Autopay S.A.
§ 3. ORDER FULFILLMENT
Order fulfillment time is calculated from the moment of successful payment authorization.
The product (license key and download link) will be delivered electronically to the Client’s email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
§ 4. COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS (CARD PAYMENTS)
Complaints should be sent to: Support@studio3d.pro. Processing time: 14 days.
In the event of a need for a refund for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party. (AutoPay/Card Scheme Requirement).
Due to the nature of Digital Content, the right of withdrawal is limited once the delivery has started with the Client’s consent.
