Terms and Conditions of the Studio3D.pro Tools Affiliate Program

§1. General Provisions

  • These terms and conditions define the rules for the functioning of the Affiliate (Partner) Program for software and plugins available in the Studio3D.pro store.

  • The organizer of the program is Studio3d.pro Marcin Sroka, based at: 32-070 Czernichów, ul. Leśna 12, NIP: 944-209-36-35.

  • Joining the Affiliate Program is free and voluntary. It requires the acceptance of these terms and conditions and manual approval of the account by the Organizer.

§2. Rules of Participation and Commission Assignment

  • The Partner receives a dedicated discount code that reduces the customer’s cart value by 10% and simultaneously serves to track sales.

  • The Partner’s commission is 20% of the finalized and paid net transaction (after deducting any potential refunds and taxes).

  • An order is considered finalized 14 days after the purchase date, to account for the customer’s right to a return or complaint.

§3. Promotion Guidelines

  • The Partner agrees to promote Studio3D Tools products in an ethical, reliable, and lawful manner.

  • In promotional materials, the Partner should rely on actual technical specifications and the advantages of the software, such as:

    • Integrated workflow: The fact that all camera settings in Cam Selector are a ready setup for Batch Render Pro, which allows a scene to be rendered entirely with literally one click.

    • Features that significantly shorten working time.

    • Free plugins included: CXR Batch Develop, 4Cams, Ref Blueprint, 3D to CAD.

    • Their own observed experiences from using the ArchViz Toolkit plugins bundle regarding improvements in work speed and workflow.

    • Full compatibility of the tools with 3ds Max versions from 2020 to 2025+.

    • Interface optimization for high-resolution screens and the proper operation of Windows scaling.

  • The Partner may inform their audience about the consistency of the ecosystem – each new plugin is developed based on optimized Python code and is always available in the Studio3D Tools category within the 3ds Max user interface.

§4. Licenses and Intellectual Property

  • The proper functioning of plugin licenses is assigned exclusively to the end customer making the purchase.

  • The Partner does not acquire any copyrights to the promoted software.

  • The Partner is strictly prohibited from independently copying, modifying, reselling, or illegally distributing installation files (.ms, .py scripts, and other store resources).

  • The Partner may use the logotypes and video materials provided in the Affiliate Panel solely for the purpose of promoting Studio3D.pro products.

§5. Prohibited Practices As part of the program, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial information (SPAM) containing discount codes.

  • Using discount codes for one’s own purchases in the Organizer’s store.

  • Using paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) targeting keywords that contain protected trademarks like “Studio3D.pro” (so-called brand bidding) or other legally protected terms.

  • Publishing codes on public discount aggregators (e.g., Picodi, Pepper). The codes are intended strictly for the direct audience of the creator.

§6. Payout of Remuneration

  • Payouts are executed at the Partner’s request, after exceeding the minimum payout threshold of 50 EUR.

  • Payouts are transferred to the bank account or PayPal indicated by the Partner in their Affiliate Panel.

  • The Partner is solely responsible for the tax settlement of the income obtained in this manner, in accordance with the laws applicable in their country of residence.

§7. Termination of Cooperation

  • Either party may terminate the cooperation with immediate effect without stating a reason.

  • A breach of the provisions of these terms and conditions, in particular the practices described in §4 and §5, will result in an immediate blockade of the Partner’s account and the forfeiture of accumulated, unpaid commissions.
