END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

  1. The Licensor (Studio3d.pro) grants the User a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Software.

  2. The License entitles the User to install and use the software on two (2) devices owned by the User.

  3. The first activation code is provided automatically. To obtain the second activation code, the User is required to contact the Licensor at: Support@studio3d.pro.

2. LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY

  1. The License covers the version of the Software current on the date of purchase.

  2. NOTICE: This License does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Autodesk 3ds Max released after the release date of the purchased Software version. The Licensor is not obligated to provide free updates to maintain compatibility with newer 3ds Max releases.

  3. The User may not decompile, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Software to any third party.

3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  1. The User acknowledges having had the opportunity to test the Software for 21 days (Trial) prior to purchase.

  2. The Software is provided “as is”. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from incompatibility with systems or 3ds Max versions not specified in the product description at the time of purchase.

UMOWA LICENCYJNA UŻYTKOWNIKA KOŃCOWEGO (EULA)

1. UDZIELENIE LICENCJI

  1. Licencjodawca (Studio3d.pro) udziela Użytkownikowi dożywotniej, niewyłącznej licencji na korzystanie z Oprogramowania.

  2. Licencja uprawnia do instalacji oprogramowania na dwóch (2) urządzeniach należących do Użytkownika.

  3. Pierwszy kod autoryzacyjny dostarczany jest automatycznie. W celu uzyskania drugiego kodu autoryzacyjnego, Użytkownik zobowiązany jest do kontaktu pod adresem: Support@studio3d.pro.

2. OGRANICZENIA I KOMPATYBILNOŚĆ

  1. Licencja obejmuje wersję Oprogramowania aktualną w dniu zakupu.

  2. UWAGA: Licencja nie zapewnia kompatybilności z przyszłymi wersjami programu 3ds Max, które zostaną wydane po dacie premiery danej wersji pluginu. Licencjodawca nie jest zobowiązany do bezpłatnej aktualizacji Oprogramowania w celu dostosowania go do nowych wydań 3ds Max.

  3. Użytkownikowi nie wolno dekompilować, modyfikować ani odsprzedawać Oprogramowania osobom trzecim.

3. GWARANCJA I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ

  1. Użytkownik przed zakupem miał możliwość testowania Oprogramowania przez 21 dni (Trial).

  2. Licencjodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikłe z niekompatybilności Oprogramowania z systemami lub wersjami 3ds Max nieobjętymi specyfikacją w dniu zakupu.
